The sauce was WAY thinner than the photos. It does take some time to make but it is definitely worth it! The recipe serves six so each person will get one chicken cutlet and 1/6th of the sauce. Delicious! I will be repeating this one. It is definitely worth exploring and enjoying if you're a chilihead or spicy food lover. "Where did I get this recipe? Enjoy! Thinner cutlets fried or sauteed for 8 or 10 minutes are as tough and dry as leather. The key is the proper balance of meal and liver. I served it over pasta bowties. First, brown the chicken to seal in the juices then set aside to rest. How would it taste without? It will coat the back of a spoon or stick to a chip if that is how you want to enjoy it.
