Curry paste is somewhat required here for the lemongrass-chili flavor. Oh and i only drained tomatos once, the rest of the time i throw the whole can in and cut back on the broth a bit (super lazy, tastes great!). Reduce the heat to medium, add the mushrooms, and cook for 5 minutes. Boil for ~3-4min to bring out the flavor. Add the mushrooms and tomato and stir fry for 1-3 more minutes.
